Speed and Power Training
Our most popular program to prepare athletes for the season.
We take your current fitness level, your goals, and the components that you need to be successful in your position and customize an eight-week program just for you. We meet twice a week in an intense hour of core strengthening, form training, plyometrics, flexibility exercises and speed training. The result? A 40-meter time that averages .34 seconds faster!

COST: $75.00 per person, 8-week program* (six or more people)
* Programs with weight training and personal training available upon request.

You can easily transition your medically supervised rehab program into a fitness program with the help of our NATA certified athletic trainers, NSCA certified personal trainers and exercise specialists. Our specialists will provide a fitness program tailored to meet your needs, ensure you use correct form and keep you safely progressing toward your fitness goals.

COST: $50 per month OR $300 for 6 months, including 2 FREE Fitness Evaluations.
Discounts available for seniors and multiple sessions. Personal Training is available.

Fitness Evaluations

Maximize your overall health & fitness.
Our fitness evaluation is a comprehensive, objective evaluation of your current health status. Find out how your current physical condition may increase or decrease your likelihood of developing diseases such as osteoporosis, diabetes and hypertension.

The Fitness Evaluation includes a Lifestyle Analysis and the following assessments:

Flexibility
Blood Pressure
Upper Extremity Strength
Lower Extremity Strength
Body Composition
Abdominal Endurance
Cardiovascular Endurance
You will receive a personalized report that lets you know where you currently stand and what you need to do to improve.

COST: $50.00
Receive 2 FREE Fitness Evaluations with the purchase of a 6-month WellBody Membership.

Additional Services
Meet with a Registered Dietician to customize an eating plan.

COST: $40.00/hr
